Takayama Reed Co., Ltd. celebrated its 111th anniversary in May 2026. Starting as a weaving reed repair business in 1915 and commencing reed production in 1940, we have committed ourselves to the reed industry this last 111 years. This is in large part due to your kind support, and for this we wish to express our deepest gratitude.

Since our founding we have embarked upon a path of growth and development, which in turn has allowed us to contribute to the development of the textile industry. For many years we have pursued our mission to supply the highest quality products, and we hereby recommit ourselves to this unwavering goal. With pride in our last 111 years, we nevertheless refuse to rest on our laurels as we move together into our next century of global development.
